Enjoy Holidays at the Lake! Wake up at Bluewater Bungalow in one of three cushy bedrooms: a king-size master suite, a queen guest bedroom, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. A split-level floor plan gives the master suite extra privacy with its own bathroom. (The other two bedrooms share a bath.) Then meet in the kitchen for coffee and breakfast. This sunny and gorgeous space features quartz countertops, a custom backsplash, and a 6-person dining table + breakfast bar for 3\. The kitchen opens to a living area with a nap-worthy sectional sofa, and an additional game room with a foosball table and other goodies. After breakfast, head outside to nature's playground! Set directly on Lake Tawakoni on a big, lakefront lot with towering pines for privacy, the bungalow makes the most of its beautiful surroundings. Fish from a private dock, leap into the lake for swimming, set off on the pair of kayaks we provide, or head out on your boat for some of the best fishing in Texas! Meanwhile, land-lovers can play yard games like beanbag toss or horseshoes on the pits we hand-built! No need to stop playing if it rains—just take the games indoors, where you'll find a foosball table and an extensive collection of board games. There's also a futon in this area to sleep an extra guest. Evenings are the most magical time at Bluewater Bungalow. Sit under the ceiling fan on outdoor lounge furniture to watch the sunset, then gather around the fire pit for s'mores. For the amount of money all of these issues should not have happened. -Bbq had left burned food & thick grease caused fire, very dirty & should have been cleaned -Kayaks broken, fill with water and back support broken -Patio & furniture very dirty & ants all over -Leftover trash in outside mesh can from previous people which caused ants everywhere -Master bedroom mattress extremely uncomfortable & has lump in middle. All the upfront communication was clear. The outside patio could use some attention as the lights and ceiling fans were broken. One suggestion i would have for the owners is to have a fenced area for families with toddlers such as myself. I spent most of my time chasing them around and keeping them out of the neghbors yard as well as keeping them from the water. But all that being said, it was a very nice place. Large enough for our family. It was peaceful to fish and overall quiet. The road leading in is very rough. Potholes and broken rd. We were in an SUV and Truck but a smaller car would have issues. The patio furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Had cowebs and dusty. Quick clean and it was fine to sit and read on. There is a large table outside to sit and eat. That was nice to enjoy the weather. Overall we would stay here again. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and the girl's our reading outside. smaller car would have issues. ##### Jeannette J. Everything was great especially the backyard and the fishing dock. We used the fire pit and enjoyed our dinner around the fire. I rented this property because we wanted a space to sit and watch our children play together one last time. I was not disappointed! This property offered exactly what I had pictured and more. Our kids had a wonderful time, exploring all of the child-friendly activities that were offered and forgot about how sad they are for a little while. I will never forget this house. The house is ideally situated on the water. We watched the sunrise from the dock and it was beautiful. The kitchen is a chef's dream.
