"My family came to Arcata to help my daughter move into the university there. What a great place. We’ve stayed in hotels and other rentals before but we liked it here the best. Very relaxing, clean and up to date. The soaking tub was really nice! And the outdoor shower was fantastic. Loved the garden. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed, and the TV was smart so we could stream Hulu and max. A great stay - we will be back!"

"Our-of-the-way and right on golf course. Very quiet (except for mowing of greens). We had 18 people at maximum occupancy, with beds for almost everyone, and even then, the place didn't seem crowded. We all fit around inside table and outside table, at fire pit (and near grill), for much reminiscing (this was a memorial trip). Three bathrooms, thankfully, not two, and they are well-appointed; true, we had to make a TP run (and also to get coffee filters), but otherwise the place was well-stocked....

"Great place to stay located near Arcata. Many things to do in reasonable driving distance. My favorite area is the kitchen, with a great large table. Living room area very comfortable! Yard was serene and beautiful like in the pictures. Beds were OK, but they need a bit of updating. The unit as a whole needs some attention. Broken window in kitchen, regular wear noted throughout the unit. Hot tub was very satisfactory after the first night. It was a little cool the first night. Bathroom...
