The house is actually very superb for the price. The parking spot sucks for a Diesel Excursion, but I made it work. The beds are semi-comfortable and sleep 6\. However, the seating is only for 2-3 adults. There was also one cockroach that we found, but we're near the water, that's to be expected. I liked that I didn't have to spend extra money on pet fees and that it's not too far from I-45. ##### Mark S. The units are stacked within feet of each other WITHOUT window coverings in the upstairs part where children stay. The units on both sides can see right into the unit where my children were going to stay. If I would have seen the outside of the unit I never would have stayed at this location. The “streets” are dirt roads which turn to mud after a rain. There is no “designated parking space” but rather a spot next to the unit off the road. If you have a truck it will stick out in the road and cannot be avoided. Do YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE you find yourself in position myself and my family were in over the several day holiday vacation. (It took us to a neighboring neighborhood) we called the owner of the house and she was very kind and helpful and directed us to the correct place. I drive a truck and the back of my truck stuck out in the toad. TV is mounted up by the ceiling so to watch it you have to look up to watch it. Batteries were dead in the remotes. I finally got one to work by switching the batteries around. Plenty of clean towels. All in all it was a nice weekend getaway. Would I stay again? Probably not. The stairway to the loft was difficult to navigate for me. Too small. ##### Glenda S.
