Property owners use an online rental app that is fairly easy to navigate. House was comfy and had lots of games and blankets. Easy access to technology and some smart home devices. It would have been helpful to have a little boom describing all of the features and how to use them. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped (makeup wipes/towels, extra toothbrushes, shampoos, etc.). Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher tabs provided. My biggest complaint would be that the HVAC did mot distribute throughout the house evenly. some rooms freezing other end, hot. Also did not realize ypu had to pay additional deposit and pet fees outside of VRBO. The owners are extremely nice, and easy to contact if needed. We needed to do extensions and they were very accommodating each time and willing to work with us while we waited.
