« Quiet, cozy, and clean! »

« 5 Stars!! We enjoyed our stay at this Renshaw Bay lakefront property. The house was cozy & inviting, washer/dryer & dishwasher a plus. Comfortable beds, nice updated kitchen & bathrooms. I suggest grab bars for getting in & out of the shower/tub because of its height. Adam was quick at communicating when we had questions. Best of all was double decks overlooking the lake and stairs right down to the water! Enjoyed the kayaks when the lake was calm. Sunsets are gorgeous! We definitely want to go...

« The cozy cottage was lovely. All as expected. Hosts were pleasant to deal with. Cottage was comfortable and well equipped. Location was perfect. Walked to Sylvan Beach in the evening. Parking pass provided if needed. Could also walk to Verona Beach State Park. »

« Check in was easy peasy the code was text to us a couple hours before we had to check in. Kitchen had all the tools you need plus some. »

« We were in town for access to Syracuse University and work in Baldwinsville. This location was a perfect spot to be close to both areas. The property is as described and communication was clear and easy. There were some small issues, such as connecting to the wifi, but the property contact responded swiftly and positively. The view from the porch is lovely. There is not much in the town so be sure to grab groceries on the way in! We look forward to using this place again in future visits...

« We had a great time visiting this property. It was three adults and two large retrievers. We had plenty of space inside, on the large deck and the huge yard. The road and neighborhood were very quiet but in such a great location if you wanted to go to Sylvan Beach for some action. The responsiveness from the host was nearly immediate and the check in/out was simple. The house itself was everything we needed to enjoy our week. Oh and the view, couldn’t get better. We loved watching a storm roll...

« House is as pictured, clean, spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed the Kayaks on the lake-perfect place for all ages. Our kids enjoyed their room with the bunk beds and some of the board games- would definitely want to book again. »

« This is a 19th century house renovated into first floor and second floor apartments. It’s a great alternative to some sub-standard area hotels. Nice touches in the 2nd floor unit are hard to beat: Plush towels, very comfortable beds and good quality sheets, and good living space.
