"Great location- easy walk to Clark park etc, quiet street, easy parking. House was cute and comfortable. Nice firm mattress. The only big negative for us was very overpowering air freshener. It was overwhelming. We had to unplug them all and air out the house and it was still pretty present. Didn’t try the upstairs shower but downstairs one had pretty low pressure. Kitchen could use a few things like a fresh sponge and a kitchen towel but over all this was a good stay for sure."

The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and the bathrooms were very clean, something my wife greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Philadelphia."

"Truly an amazing place to stay. In Philly, it is very hard to find a place that is updated, clean, in a good location, and has parking. This is the only place we found that had all four and it did not disappoint. Everything you need is there - full laundry in the unit, lots of space, central air and parking is a garage!! There are even THREE hair dryers, which should tell you how well stocked the place is! Could not be happier with our time at this gem!"

"My family (5 adults) absolutely LOVED our stay at this Philadelphia home. This is an incredibly spacious place to stay. The neighborhood, Queen Village, has a great selection of places to shop, dine and explore. We walked to the Liberty Bell & Independence Hall area and also took a few Ubers to other locations we wanted to explore. We really appreciated the cleanliness, space, neighborhood, communication with host and proximity to many Philadelphia hot spots. This was a super successful family...

"It's a great place - easy to get in and out, great location, easy to find (and for Uber to find). I didn't realize from the listing that there are four floors - you come in at the first floor, which has a kitchen, den, and patio but no bathroom. To use the restroom, you need to go down to the basement, or up to the second floor (two bedrooms and a bath) or up to the third (one big bedroom and big bath). To access the rooftop, you have to use a very small spiral staircase. It all worked for us,...

"Such a wonderful property in the most walkable city in all of America. The host was easy to communicate with and while sometimes we had to park a few blocks away. We did get a spot right outside the townhouse as well. Cute and clean, i would definitely recommend this place !"
