Part of a larger 6BR home, this 4BR option allows you to enjoy the same living space but only pay for the bedrooms you need! Enjoy close proximity to Route 75 and downtown Williamstown, and less than 2 miles to the Ark Encounter, located on the same exit! Only 35 minutes to the Cincinnati Airport! The Space: With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep 11 guests. There are 2 bedrooms featuring queen beds and a smart TV. Another bedroom features another queen bed, along with a twin bed. And the final bedroom features a queen and a full bed! A pack and play is also available to make packing a little lighter! Included in your stay is cable and wifi, along with five total smart TV's that can access any apps of your choosing such as Prime, Netflix, and HBO. You are welcomed to use your own login for these apps. There is a large laundry room in this home that you can use at your disposal. There are two washers and two dryers, both large, to make this a great stop during large trips or extended stays. This home also has a long porch with railings in the front of the home, and a large deck with more privacy in the back! The wrap-around driveway makes this home perfect for large groups with multiple vehicles. There is a large parking pad in the back of the home, to suit large groups and prevent blocking the driveway! Accessibility to this home can be through either the front or back door. There is a key less lock on the front door, of which your own personal code will be provided prior to check in. Guest Access: Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. The Neighborhood: Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you are 1 minute off the Williamstown exit, and 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter parking lot! This home is not only perfect for Ark Encounter guests, but any large group visiting a wedding at The Josephina Event Venue, Creation Museum, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park, or any event in Cincinnati! There is a hand book in the listing for local recommendations on brunch, coffee, and dinner! Getting Around: Your personal vehicle would be the best way to get around. Very spacious, clean, and accommodating. Plenty of linens & toiletries. And items in the kitchen to make your stay more convenient. Very nicely done with an open floor plan, plenty of space to relax on the couches, and have dinner. Very nice front porch too. The only drawback would be the train coming through. I took down the 800 number. I would leave a message because I would not answer after about three hours they answered, and the issue was resolved, this should not happen that should not happen.
