Plenty of sleeping room, eating room, needed more room in the livingroom, didn't get to build our fire pit-got it ready but it rained. Easy to get to all the places we came to see. Restaurants close by if you are looking for a quick meal or shopping at the same exit if you want to cook (our group did both). We used all 4 bedrooms and both bathrooms, everything very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, nice dinning area and living room seating with a nice tv made everyone happy. Family Vacation We flew into Cinn. and wanted to stop at the Ark, forty min. from Cinn. on our way to Pigeon Forge. This was a great stop over point, was comfortable and relaxing. We had breakfast at "The Bean" and dinner at "La Rosa's Pizza" much more than pizza and both very good. The Ark is very impressive and worth the visit, give yourself a day to enjoy it all We spent two nights. Went for a walk in the neighbor hood in the morning before our four hour drive to Dollywood. We rented this home for the weekend. It was perfect. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee bar. Plenty of room for 7 ladies. Nice patio with a fire pit to spend the evening relaxing. Very close to The Ark. It will sleep up to12 comfortably but does not have comfortable seating/space for more than 5 if you are spending time just hanging out together in the home. There is outdoor space but we visited on a rainy weekend. Great beds, linens and towels! Large refrigerator but limited counter space if your doing your own cooking. Coffee bar is a nice addition. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in it by the cleanliness of it and the style of it. It was a cozy house for our crew of 12, and no one had any complaints about the property. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Ark and 40 minutes to the Creation Museum. It was also just a minute or 2 outside of Dry Ridge that had some good restaurant options. One of which was Beans Cafe, a breakfast cafe and bakery that had awesome donuts! The owner was also very fast to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group traveling to this area. ##### Dylan N.
