This spacious and serene 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom walkout ranch house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing and cozy home away from home. Some of its main features include: \-1 step entry \-4 comfortable bedrooms \-3 King beds \-Fully equipped kitchen \-Spacious basement living area \-Lovely views of rolling hills and fields \-TVs in every bedroom \-Kids Clubhouse (coming Spring 2025) When Noah's family saw the Rainbow at the end of 40 days of flood, what an intense feeling of relief they must have had! We want you to feel that sense of relief when you travel to our lovely 1-LEVEL home in Williamstown. Let your cares melt away as you realize we've taken care of (almost) everything! What a great space for two families or an extended family getaway to visit the ARK Encounter. The location is superb--providing a unique setting with quiet rolling hills and countryside views, but only a 0.7 mile walk to downtown Williamstown, with shops, boutiques and local eateries. Situated only 3 miles to the Ark Encounter, your family can sleep late an still be at the front of the line when it opens! When you pull in the poured concrete driveway, someone in your group will probably remark how cute and quiet this neighborhood is. Its got a good mix of houses that have been built in the 80's all the way up to now! Our lot is near the end of the cul-de-sac and we don't have any neighbors behind us, but there are houses beside us (about 20 yards on either side). You'll come to the front door where you will find a Smart Lock for easy and flexible entry. We'll send your code for the front door about 1 hour prior to check in. The one step entryway with removable wheel-chair ramp is great for any family members with mobility issues. The first floor features: \-3 beautiful bedrooms, each with a 40" SmartTV and ceiling fan \-1 King suite, 1 King bedroom, and 1 Queen bedroom \-2 full baths with tub/shower combo \-Comfortable living area with 58" TV \-Fully equipped eat-in kitchen \-Brand new front loading laundry set When you enter the house, you won't smell any strong smells as we are ALLERGEN and ASTHMA friendly. WE DON'T ALLOW SMOKING, VAPING, OR PETS at any of our properties, so you can rest assured your allergies or asthma won't flare up. Along with that, we don't use any scented candles, air fresheners, etc, aside from a few lightly scented cleaning products. When you step into a spacious living room with 58" TV, you'll want to put up your feet and rest a while--there is seating here for 8+ people. Walk through the living room and you'll find yourself in the eat in kitchen with two small dining tables with seating for 7-8 people (another dining table in the basement seats an additional 6). As you enter the kitchen, you will immediately notice the large sliding doors that open to a large back covered deck with great views of the absolutely charming countryside, including a nearby horse farm! Also outside is patio table, charcoal grill, and the KID'S Clubhouse (coming Spring 2025) with secret hiding places, hangout space, and more stuff for your kids to do! The kitchen also contains: \-Full set of pots/pans \-Plenty of cooking utensils \-clip on booster seat for little ones \-GE washer/dryer set for easy access to laundry \-ceiling fan \-crock pot \-2 coffee makers (12 cup auto-drip and a Keurig) \-blender \-toaster \-convection oven \-side by side refrigerator with water in door Off the kitchen and living room area is a hallway that leads to the three bedrooms and the hall bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen bed, 40" TV, nightstands, and closet with hanging drawers. The second bedroom contains a KING bed, 40" TV, dresser, nightstands, and closet. The third bedroom and Master Suite contains a KING bed, dresser, nightstands, closet, wingback chair, and of course the attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The hallway also contains the stairs to the lower level. This newly finished area contains an absolute BOATLOAD of additional living space. When you walk down the stairs, you are greeted by new composite wood flooring, giving a cozy, cabin feel to the lower level. Once there, you will also notice all these additional amenities: \-Additional dining space for large groups \-Game area \-ARCADE GAME table \-Multi game table (kids versions of pool, ping pong, and air hockey) \-Additional living room with seating for 10+ people \-Plush sectional couch \-Twin day bed with twin trundle \-1/2 bath \-dedicated workspace with desk \-Board games and puzzles \-Kids books and toys! \-Pack and play \-High chair Just around the corner from this vast living space is the 4th and final bedroom with KING bed, rocking chair, dresser, nightstands, 40" TV and closet. There are some additional things to know about the property that may affect your stay. The backyard is steeply sloped toward the back of the lot. Please use caution. We live in a subdivision, and as such, we have neighbors. They are wonderful, so please be respectful by observing quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am and you will have a great time. We use an automated messaging system to send many of our messages through the VRBO platform. VRBO also requires hosts to use their messaging platform so all communication is visible to their customer service representatives. To start with the neighborhood the house in located in is extremely peaceful. No noisy neighbors. We so enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evenings enjoying the view and quiet! The house was also immaculately clean and well taken care of. It’s also stocked with everything you could ever need to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible! Our three kids loved the club house in the backyard, it was the perfect spot for them to unwind at the end of the day. The host was in contact from the moment our booking was confirmed all the way until we left, making sure we had everything we needed. The home was just as described and the layout was perfect for our elderly parents, having large bedrooms on the ground level. We didn’t take any kids but the home would be perfect for children as well, play areas in the basement as well as outside. Town was pleasant and safe as well. If we do go back to the Williamstown area again, we will be staying at this location. ##### Joshua W. Great selection of extras like games, tables to play cards, nice TV’s, plenty of room to spread if you wanted to do. Nice safe neighborhood, close to downtown. House was very clean and inviting. Literally 5-7 minutes to the Ark. We had a small issue that was very quickly addressed by the owner. That made it all the better. If you're going, I also recommend you take the 45 minute drive to the Creation Museum. SO much to learn there. This house is a great place to relax after long days hanging at those amazing exhibits! We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful rental home during our visit to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum — and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!The house was immaculately clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere after long days of sightseeing. It was the perfect retreat for our family.The location was perfect — only 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter and about 45 minutes to the Creation Museum. It made exploring both attractions so easy and convenient. The Ark was absolutely stunning and inspiring to walk through, and the Creation Museum was equally impressive, filled with fascinating exhibits and beautiful grounds.Travis was a fantastic host — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The view from the back is absolutely beautiful and a serene place to just sit and relax. Lots of TVs in various room. 2 living spaces. It was a prefect fit for our family. We felt that the bottom floor was such a safe free space for my 17 month grandson. The home is very convenient to the Ark if that is in your vacation plans. The backyard is steep but that shouldn't stop anyone from renting this home. The upstairs deck has plenty of space for family gatherings and table games. We did not do any cooking in the kitchen, but it did appear to be fully stocked with the essentials. Many of the local restaurants we were interested in trying were closed, but the Mexican restaurant provided great food. And Grandpa warned my little to stay away from the tree line in the backyard, there is poison ivy. But that can't be helped, the house provided a perfect meeting place for our families! ##### Jacqueline W. It was clean, well stocked, and close to the Ark experience. Travis the owner was responsive and friendly in all of our interactions. The best part about this place was the clubhouse for the littles. Our two girls, ages 5 and 6 loved it and it was such a nice touch for families with kids. They played while the parents relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful view of the green backyard. We even got to spot a deer while sitting out there. We highly recommend this place and will book again if we come back. ##### LaFonda F.
