The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Multiple spiders inside the property. Those were the only negatives. Positives, location for the Ark Encounter could not be better, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed. Privacy was excellent and the kids (teens) loved the fireflies. The dehumidifier was very nice to have. UNO was fun, a few more games might be nice, but that could be hard to do. Communication was excellent with the hostess. I think we are all used to hotels and taking out the trash might have been a bit of a surprise responsibly, just for us. ##### Jan W.
