Located on a beautiful working farm just minutes from The Ark Encounter and a short drive to The Creation Museum! You can enjoy the peaceful country side yet be just minutes from the local sites, shops and restaurants. There is a guest house that is a separate listing under Holland Country Cottage that if available can be booked to give your family and friends more room while staying with us.

Comfortable space for large group

Excellent place to stay with a group of 12, if visiting the Ark encounter in Williamstown. Great space for gathering or needing quiet time. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and clean. We will be back again next year. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Perfect spot for the Ark

I stayed at this property with my husband and several other couples. We were in town to see the Ark and Creation museum. The location was perfect. The home itself was spacious and large enough to accommodate us all without feeling cramped. We had a backed up sink in one of the bathrooms but the property manager came to repair the same morning. Overall relatively clean and the views were beautiful

Women's retreat

Each person had a private space for prayer, meditation and reflection. Common àreas were perfect for gathering. We enjoyed the dinning room off the patio for its natural light flowing in ànd the serene views. The house was a blessing and just what we were looking for. Great Family Trip!

Our stay at Holland Acres was the perfect location and accommodation for our family of 8 adults and 1 little one- very comfortable! We loved the cows and the view on the back of the house. While there, we visited the Ark Adventure and ate at Hansie Flip Burgers (dinner) and Beans (breakfast)- all were excellent and worth visiting!

Poor Conditions

The home is beautiful, in a good location, and easily accommodated 12 people. However, it had mice, fleas, and the air conditioning did not work upstairs. The Property Manger was responsive to our requests, but was unware of the fleas and kept providing mouse trips. Not a comfortable situation. Suggest the owner reconnect a second A/C for upstairs guests, box fans don't help. Bathroom door on main level did not lock. Bathroom door in basement had issues with lock as well.

Countryside Escape

Big house, great for large groups. Views of the countryside are unbelievable with rolling hills and outstanding views. Close to the Ark and other attractions as well as major roads. Small town but has some great local restaurants.

First family vacation 💓

The sunsets and sunrises where absolutely beautiful. Situated just enough outside of town to enjoy the sounds of nature in the evening and yet close enough to town for making quick trips to the store. Would definitely go back.

Family birthday weekend to the Ark

The house worked out perfectly for our family get together. It was 9 adults and 1 teenager. Great location close to the Ark. The bedrooms and their locations within the house were perfect due to some older adults unable to traverse steps. Did make a couple recommendations to the property manager. Overall, great experience!

Perfect country retreat

This is a beautiful country property. The kids had so much fun watching the cows in the pasture. We did a day trip to the Ark Encounter, which was very close by. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances and the gas grill was a great plus. We would stay her again for a family vacation because we all enjoyed the place.
