Located in a peaceful, rural area, this apartment is a short drive from the Ark Encounter and Williamstown Lake. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, free parking, and Wi-Fi. With proximity to everything Williamstown has to offer and space for 6 guests, it’s ideal for exploring nearby attractions and creating unforgettable memories. The Space: The two-story apartment features 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one with 2 queen beds and the other with 1 queen bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests! The deck has some seating and a bbq grill for your use. Take advantage of free parking on the premises, and a well-stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking. There is a half bathroom on the first floor and a full bathroom on the second floor between the two bedrooms. Enjoy free access to the washer and dryer! Guest Access: Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Guest Guide will be sent upon completion of the rental agreement. The Neighborhood: This home is located in a small neighborhood in the rural Williamstown area, just a couple miles off interstate 75, on the outskirts of downtown Williamstown. The popular Ark Encounter attraction is only about 2.5 miles away! You are also close to Williamstown Lake, and only a 45-minute drive to downtown Cincinnati and the Creation Museum, and a 1 hour drive to Lexington, KY! Getting Around: Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best option in this beautiful, rural area of Kentucky. Other Things to Note: Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us, in which case, we can be there quickly! Interaction with Guests: We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed. We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The layout of the unit and the decor was lovely. I will give a good review A few minor things we thought we should bring to your attention: - the bar counter hadn't been wiped and there was hair on it- there was a used women's razor in the closet in the purple room- the floor in the kitchen hadn't been swept- the living room tables were quite dusty- the bathtub had quite a bad, noticeable dirt ring As I said, I just wanted to bring to your attention for you to share with your cleaners.
