Located only 1.2 miles from I-85/Hwy. 81 interchange, we are only 17 miles from Clemson, 21 miles from Downtown Greenville, and 8 miles from the city of Anderson. Situated on an active beef cattle operation, it is not uncommon to view grazing cattle in all directions surrounding the 2 acre landscaped yard. The farmhouse was very spacious for our family of 8, with plenty of room to play outside with 2 toddlers. Bonus to roam the property & see their cows in nearby pastures. The kitchen & house are well-equipped for our weekend stay, with thoughtful amenities provided. We were happy to have a grill added since our last stay. Three couples and a high school senior looking at Clemson enjoyed the gracious hospitality of the owner. William was super-responsive when we had questions. The herd of cattle were delightful neighbors and we enjoyed long dog walks in the local area.
