Went to the desk next to front desk where lady asked for my driver's license, keyed information off of my license which took forever and then said at 9 am, 11 am, and 1 pm there's a place for us to go and have snacks and see a timeshare presentation. I want my info out of your system. That was called bait and switch and is against the law "
