This condo is open year-round for monthly, weekly, or short stays during any season, with a three-night minimum for prime summer months.

This second-floor condo, located at The Shores on Creeks Crossing in Williamsburg near the Grand Traverse Resort, offers a great place for a getaway. It provides 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and welcomes up to six guests. The resort is three miles from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival during the summer months.

Outdoor steps lead up to the front door. Walk into a bright, welcoming condo. There is a kitchenette with a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The condo does not have an oven. Going into the condo is the first full bathroom. Walk through the kitchenette into the dining/living room area and find a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a gas fireplace. Then find the second full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed.

The view from the second-level deck is fantastic. Relax and enjoy the sun setting over East Grand Traverse Bay. The beach is just a couple of minutes' walk from the condo. Jet Ski and pontoon boat rentals are available on-site. There is also a fire pit and volleyball nets on the beach. Grab a beach towel and have some summertime fun.

Enjoy the complimentary shuttle to the Turtle Creek Casino. Try some golf at the Grand Traverse Resort, less than a mile away. This condo is only about 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City, which hosts an array of shopping and dining. Pirate’s Cove Adventure Park with mini-golf, go-karts, and bumper boats awaits 5 minutes from the condo. There is a bike rack available for use as well.

Resort amenities are not included.

No pets are allowed for guests per the condo association.

The condo was very clean and we were able to get in with no problems. My main suggestion is the mattresses need to be replaced, especially the pullout and master bedroom ones. The beach club and pool were closed for the season, but looked really nice. I would also suggest getting plug in hair dryers as opposed to the wall ones. With a little investment, this place could be a 5 star place.

The condo was furnished as listed, nice view towards the lake. When we came in, the coffee pot had not been emptied and we chose not to use the pullout couch. When we removed the pillows, the pullout had a small plastic doll laying there and sand on it. We were concerned that it had not been cleaned properly. Finally the cheap plastic clips holding the drapes in the master bedroom Kept popping off. Hopefully we won’t be charged damages for this but I couldn’t replace them as they’re too small to hold the weight of the drapes.

Fourth of July vacation

Notified property manager of deficiencies - none emergent and declined service during our stay - primarily it stated 8 servings of silverware and dishes and there wasn’t a full complement for 1 person… no spoons whatsoever and only 1 large knife - also one of the shower heads leaked from check in to check out profusely - multiple lights were burned out, batteries to remotes were dead to televisions and did not know there was no oven. Advertised as sunset view from second floor balcony which was not accurate as there are overgrown trees which block the sunset view totally. 1 patio door lock did not work properly and when drapes were closed you could easily see moths had burrowed into them in multiple places, the lint guard in the dryer was jammed full with lint and clearly present in the cavity behind the collector guard. Another unknown issue is other people are bussed in groves to use the very small beach available. Now for the positives - great location, security guard was very nice, washer and dryer was a blessing as was dishwasher, beds were very comfortable and we slept very well with minimal interruptions during the night. Neighbors were not seen or heard. Would absolutely stay here again with updates shown above and is great for families and having 3 tvs which were flatscreens were great.

Excellent place to stay!

Located just north of Traverse City, much less traffic and quieter than TC. The rental has a nice beach with both sandy and deck areas with lots of outdoor lounge chairs. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only down-side is the small kitchen, but who needs it when you are on vaction! Would stay again!

Have stayed at this property before. 2 bedroom AND 2 bathroom makes a big difference; no one has to share! Love the deck view and weather was mostly good. Don't know if you were aware that both the pool AND hot tub appeared to be either shut down for the season OR was never opened back up since COVID. If you had knowledge of this, it would have been appreciated that you informed us. Seems only fair regarding the price that was paid for only 4 nights. Thanks for the stay!
