Resort near Traverse City. Walk to water. A/C. This condo is open year-round for monthly, weekly, or short stays during any season, with a three-night minimum for prime summer months. This second-floor condo, located at The Shores on Creeks Crossing in Williamsburg near the Grand Traverse Resort, offers a great place for a getaway. It provides 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and welcomes up to six guests. The resort is three miles from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival during the summer months. Outdoor steps lead up to the front door. Walk into a bright, welcoming condo. There is a kitchenette with a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The condo does not have an oven. Going into the condo is the first full bathroom. Walk through the kitchenette into the dining/living room area and find a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a gas fireplace. Then find the second full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The view from the second-level deck is fantastic. Relax and enjoy the sun setting over East Grand Traverse Bay. The beach is just a couple of minutes' walk from the condo. Jet Ski and pontoon boat rentals are available on-site. There is also a fire pit and volleyball nets on the beach. Grab a beach towel and have some summertime fun. Enjoy the complimentary shuttle to the Turtle Creek Casino. Try some golf at the Grand Traverse Resort, less than a mile away. This condo is only about 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City, which hosts an array of shopping and dining. Pirate’s Cove Adventure Park with mini-golf, go-karts, and bumper boats awaits 5 minutes from the condo. There is a bike rack available for use as well. Resort amenities are not included. When we came in, the coffee pot had not been emptied and we chose not to use the pullout couch. When we removed the pillows, the pullout had a small plastic doll laying there and sand on it. We were concerned that it had not been cleaned properly. Finally the cheap plastic clips holding the drapes in the master bedroom Kept popping off. My main suggestion is the mattresses need to be replaced, especially the pullout and master bedroom ones. The beach club and pool were closed for the season, but looked really nice. Love the deck view and weather was mostly good. Don't know if you were aware that both the pool AND hot tub appeared to be either shut down for the season OR was never opened back up since COVID. If you had knowledge of this, it would have been appreciated that you informed us. Seems only fair regarding the price that was paid for only 4 nights. Thanks for the stay! ##### Jodie M. Reviewer Comments: Property was very conveniently located to dining, beach, golf courses and wineries. The management staff was exceptional. Received a call from a staff member to make sure if we had any questions or if we needed anything. Upon leaving, I inadvertently left my laptop. Management promptly contacted me to let me know they had found it, and made arrangements to return it the next day. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with the property including the location and cleanliness.We are dissatisfied with the price which ballooned from the advertised $135 price online up to $185 when all of the charges were added.We left the dishwasher emptied and trash and recyclables in the proper containers. Reviewer Comments: I can't give this property a glowing review. It was reasonably comfortable and almost adequate. On arrival, you will navigate a damaged parking lot that is in need of repair. The draperies are worn and the living room is hodge podged but enough. We found cutlery to be sparse but dish and glassware was abundant. The beds and linens were comfortable. Flooring was dated but clean. There were no guides for the cable. It was disconcerning that the plumbing is questionable to the point of warning guests if maintanence is required it could be at the guest expense. Good plumbing is key to guest comfort. ##### Juel G.
