Great spot for couples/small groups

Stayed with my partner, but definitely enough room for 4-5 people. Great location, not far at all from traverse city downtown. Would stay again!

We only stayed one night out of two. The area is nice and the host was communicative until we asked for a refund for the second night. There was dog hair on the linens and couch, and the pillows were old and smelly. I have allergy and asthma and was not able to sleep despite washing the linens and vacuuming before going to bed. The host upstairs woke up with the dogs around 5am and we woke up too because of the noise. We left the property after the first night and asked Vrbo and the owner for a refund for the second night but in vain. I am disappointed with: 1) the reviews, 2) condition of the property, 3) Vrbo and the host for not considering a reimbursement for (at least) one night. I also suggest to never get Expedia's advertised insurance option because unless you go the hospital or there is a major catastrophe, you are not likely to get compensated (our case).

Great place to stay!

We were there for a roller derby tournament at the civic center and the location was perfect to be close by, but far enough away from the busier areas. The place was nice and private but if we needed anything the host was available to help. The area was rural and cute and we’d stay there again if we ever went back! Thanks for everything!

Great Retreat!

A lovely quiet property tucked away outside of Williamsburg. Easy access to the lakes, wineries, Traverse City and GLEF!

The property was clean and the owner was very friendly. We loved visiting his his three dogs. Traverse City was a short 10-15 min drive away. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Studio Apartment

It was a pleasent place to stay, although not very sound proof. During our visit, we would have appreciated more bath towels,hand soap, a box of kleenex,and a toaster.

Wonderful! Great spot and host.

I was in town for a horse show and I couldn’t have booked a better place than this place. Clean, cute, well appointed. Easy to get in and out, quiet patio to sit on and close to the show grounds as well as just a short drive from TC. Would absolutely stay here again!

Tom was great. Super communicative, hospitable, and accommodating. The property was clean, easy to get to, had everything we needed, and described accurately. The blankets were ahhhhhmazing. We’ll definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location, a very clean property with cozy touches, and Tom does a great job communicating. He has two friendly pups that you can hear sometimes when they get excited, but this didn’t bother us. Thank you for a great stay, Tom! Would recommend

Cute studio apt

We stayed at Tom's place for a week during the North American Youth Championships. It was in a great location for the horse show. It was clean, easy parking, and in a quiet area. The one issue was that the apt is below the owner's home so you can hear the noise from upstairs. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

We liked the location the most, away from crowds. We used the grill and the fireplace. There is plenty of space on the property. The owner responded well to minor requests.

Ladies weekend getaway

Tom went above and beyond to accommodate our ladies weekend stay. The studio apartment is newly finished and located nearby to many attractions. Tom gave us dining options which were tried and true. He was on site which proved to be very helpful when we're couldn't figure out the television! The cozy studio is equipped with cooking amenities as well as full laundry and very comfortable beds! It's perfect for a weekend or longer stay! Tom's flexibility and good nature make this a great fit! Looking forward to next year's stay! Thanks Tom!

A nice spot close to the Great Lakes

During an holiday break, I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for two nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The location of the apartment is truly exceptional, nestled in the heart of a picturesque area surrounded by stunning lakes. The apartment itself is a spacious studio, offering ample room to unwind and enjoy my stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the sizable bathroom, which added a touch of luxury to the overall experience. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked kitchen, equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay. It was a welcome convenience and greatly enhanced my comfort. The bed in the apartment deserves special mention as well. It was incredibly comfortable. Taking everything into consideration, I wholeheartedly recommend this location to fellow travelers.

This was my first stay with VRBO.

The place was great, recently remodeled! I was a little worried with everything in the same room, but the three areas were separated nicely. The area was gorgeous! It was a great experience.
