We had an amazing stay here for our honeymoon! The suite was super well planned, clean, and comfortable! The staff were super courteous and thoughtful. The hotel was super well placed for our exploration of the historic triangle and near every convenience you could need or want!

It is a very convenient location to everything in Williamsburg... walkable to restaurants, grocery and pharmacies and bus lines to the historic area. The suites were so nice... well-maintained, roomy. The staff was phenomenal. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. We had a great stay because of them! Donnet really goes above and beyond in her service.

Good location, a lot of food options nearby, very nice staff, hotel needs updating, tub/shower a bit out dated, small sink area. Our TV was between couch area and bedroom and a bit difficult to see from bed. Very clean room. Comfortable bed but pillows not so good. Breakfast buffet had good selection and they provide complimentary 8oz sodas and ice creams 24 hrs. We have stayed in many Williamsburg hotels and this one was above average. Would recommend for family.

We saw a cockroach at breakfast, it was crawling until the breakfast cabinet. Then we went to our room and there was a baby cockroach in our room. We enjoyed our stay up until that point. We left shortly after that.

Having been a manager for Marriott in the past, I am immediately drawn to what is wrong. Upon check in, the guest service rep had zero personality or friendliness. The in-room refrigerator and freezer had freezer frost buildup nearly halfway throughout. Very early in the morning 5-6am, we were awakened by what I believe to be a dump truck emptying a dumpster, clanking back and forth. Surely they can discuss with their vendor a more reasonable window for pickups, as they are paying for a service? While brushing teeth and washing at the sink, due to where the mirror is placed, you can see the the sink drain is corrosive and in need of cleaning. In a nutshell, they may clean the “top layer”, but where is the deep clean? Disappointing. I know Marriott’s standards which is why we chose this property.

Decent stay
The room was relatively spacious and accommodated all of our needs. The toiket was too low to the ground, and the bathroom was very shallow. The fan in the room was cute, but didn’t work. The refrigerator was micro mini, so it did not allow for much storage of food. The freezer portion worked really well, however the refrigerator part started to freeze the food. The microwave was kind if small as well. The room was clean and tge beds were comfortable. The internet was sporadic, making the TV hard to watch since it was based on the internet signal. There weren't a lot of outlets to plug cell phones or tablets. There was only one nightstand for 2 queen beds which made it hard to have your phone near by. The hotel only had one working elevator, so waiting to get to your floor was uncomfortable. The hotel did offer a really nice free breakfast each morning that was fairly comprehensive. It took it consideration of special diets. They even offered a complimentary snack time between 5pm and 8pm which was a nice touch. The cost of the stay was a little pricey than im used to, but i would definitely stay again.
