Dim Galway’s light fixtures that didn’t work trash. House keeping accessed my room when I was told they would not unless I asked moved my things didn’t empty the trash or replace coffee but made the bed . Window on first floor room unlocked ! Glad I checked. Very loud. Teen and twenty something hanging around cat calling women it was truly awful I slept armed

Don’t fall for the pretty pictures! This place is a dump! The indoor pool was FREEZING, the hot tub was muddy! Every other towel or cloth we picked up had hair very visible on it. One towel had crusty toothpaste on it. Wall sockets don’t work, paint peeling, halls stunk of marijuana the e tire time. Other guests were very suspicious acting, didn’t feel safe walking the halls or to our vehicle at night. My boyfriend and I took our two children to spend the night before a Busch Gardens trip. Plus this property charged my card twice!!!! Haven’t been able to get one of the charges off. Just a terrible experience. If I could give it negative stars I would.

It's located in a good area and is cheap. That's about all I can recommend. AC in room was only blowing "fan;" wouldnt blow "cool," so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Carpet was so gross -- dirty stained spots all over - and the bathroom was passable, but had rust and soap scum on fixtures. Sink plug (looked dirty and rusty) was just lying on top of the sink counter when we arrived. Shower had great pressure -- once we got it turned on! I was pulling and pulling at the fixture to get it to come on, and finally had to go get my husband -- and even he struggled! Lastly, for a "smoke-free hotel," you could definitely CLEARLY smell pot in the hallway -- which, hey, do you! - but smoke-free it was NOT. Next time, we'll spend a few bucks more to avoid staying here.

Staff unhelpful. No food for breakfast. No attendant for breakfast. Pool and hot tube had unclean water and were unusable. Shabby condition of furniture, rugs and equipment for serving food. .This is the worst Days Inn I have tried to stay at. Expedia--you are not helpful when you ask for a revision.

Beautiful facility. The pool was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the water was VERY cold and awkward to have to go outside to enter the indoor pool. The breakfast area was large, clean and attractive. However, the continental breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee was good but just donuts for breakfast was not what we were expecting. We had to end up goi g out and payo g for a decent breakfast. The room was clean and nice though two of the lights did not work. It was a comfortable room and nice to have a sofa to relax on. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was fine for how much it cost. The facilities were old and there were some stains on our couch and bed when we checked in. I would recommend upgrading and staying at a nicer place.

I booked a non smoking room and the room i got reeked of smoke. I told the front desk so i would not be charged for damaging the room but there is no reason for this issue to exit. I can't imagine the staff didn't know the room was effectively a smoking room.

You get what you pay for...but seriously they over charged. Bed was comfortable...convenient location. There was a musty icky smell in hallways The room was not clean There was a hairball the size of a small rodent in the drain. Could use coffee maker as the packages provided did not fit the machine

I stayed here President’s Day weekend whilst playing Williamsburg tourist, and I quickly saw why this hotel was so affordable. Where to even begin? 1. The staff were extremely unprofessional, and while they could do basic things like check you in/out and make housekeeping requests, they were pretty horrid at communication and were quite rude in terms of temperament. It appears that the staff were family, which explains why nobody was keeping anybody accountable. 2. The room was clean enough, although it was extremely dated, the wallpaper was peeling, and the hallways had a musty aroma. The pool was also quite unsanitary-looking, as was the main breakfast area. 3. Speaking of the continental breakfast, it was quite underwhelming. The website actually misleads you into thinking it was closer to a hot breakfast, but all they give you are pre-packaged bagels/bread slices, fruit, yogurt, sugar cereal, juice/coffee, and hardboiled eggs left at room temperature and not in a proper heater (Yuck!). The only appliances are a microwave and toaster. 4. The guests too reflect the price of this hotel; every guest I encountered was either a young family with freakishly ill-mannered kids, sketchy-looking characters who smelt of weed and booze, or Middle America halfwits who have clearly never been in a hotel before. (The latter of which put an egg in the microwave before cutting it open, causing it to explode.) Avoid this place at all costs!

I’m not sure why anyone would write a good or even ok review on this property, not the cleanest, horrible service, breakfast had expired food, no gym, and hot tube had no heat and was dirty. Bathroom in our room had lots of mold. I will never go back again.

We'd ask for a non-smoking room and all we could smell was marijuana. The Wallpaper was falling off for the walls and the room was just down Right discussing, ask for a new room. It was OK for the night change hotels immediately the next morning.

The front desk staff wasn’t welcoming. The breakfast staff was nice. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t at least have a refrigerator in the basic room. There was a disturbance on our floor that spilled into the hallway. My daughter was in a room down the hall and we waited about an hour before my husband escorted her back to her room. No fault of the hotel. You don’t know what is going to happen.
