"Window broke glass on floor. Drains didn’t drain. Arcade didn’t work. Pool cues were in horrible shape. Kitchen cabinets were broke. Refrigerator didn’t get cold. Maintenance left dirty tools and gloves on the kitchen sink when they left. "
