"We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were set up well with plenty of space. The wifi only worked well in the living room area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the courtyard view which was very calming. Breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of options including a dedicated gluten-free station for those who need that. It was nice that the Williamsburg visitor's center was right next door so we walked over and got on the shuttle. The furniture was traditional which you would expect in this area. Couch a little sunken down, but overall the furniture and room were in good condition. We had a microwave and fridge as well as cabinets in the kitchen area."

"This is the first time in years that my patio was dirty and covered in spider webs. I suggest having someone to dust the tables, light fixtures, etc off as part of their cleaning duties. The shower had hair in it. Definitely not the Hilton standard that I’m use of. The staff was friendly and responded promptly. "

"We checked in around 9 o’clock with 2 littles and the process couldn’t have been easier. Hotel staff were very friendly and were great with greeting our little ones. Pool was open till 11 so we were able to get in a swim even though we checked in very late. Room was very nice and clean, they had soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Breakfast in the morning was great, lots of options and super friendly kitchen staff. We will 100% be staying here again for our Williamsburg adventures. "
