When I arrived at the property around 5pm, they had added an "other" charge of $17 above what Expedia had said. I know some properties do this, but, at 5pm, I'm stuck. To me, this is fraud. Too bad, because their rooms were clean, well-maintained but old (my kind of place), and I'm looking for a motel to stay in Williams on-and-off during their off season. If the owners of the Westerner want to know why the American public has such a bad attitude towards American business, these people need to look in the mirror.

The staff were great. The property is in a perfect walkable location to everything. Things I didn’t enjoy…. There was no extra security lock you could put on the door from the inside, the room didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned, the tv had a lot of issues working properly, the linen had previous stains on them, the shower walls had didn’t seem clean, I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets. I literally slept on top of the blankets and used my sleeping bag.
