Occupancy & Guest Policy Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children & infants. Additional charge: $15 per night per person for the 7th & 8th guest. Visitors count as guests. Unregistered guests beyond 6 will be charged $100 per person per night for all nights booked. Water Usage & Septic System This property relies on hauled water and a septic system. Please be mindful of water usage: Your reservation includes 200 gallons of water per night booked (e.g., 3 nights = 600 gallons). A standard household of 4 uses about 140 gallons per day.
