Enjoy the beautiful night sky with endless stars! This vacation home can accommodate up to 15 guests in its spacious 3300+ sq ft, featuring 6 bedrooms. This is the perfect spot to unwind, relax, enjoy a family vacation, a multi-family vacation, a couples retreat, a hunting trip, and spend quality time with loved ones. We are conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown and all the restaurants and shopping that Old Rte 66 in Williams offers. Less than an hour away from the Grand Canyon so you can enjoy a day trip or ride the Grand Canyon train from Williams. Sedona is also only an hour away from the home. The National Forest is just minutes away & offers many leisure activities such as mountain biking, hiking trails & opportunities to observe many types of wildlife. Keep in mind that this is an older home, though greatly cared for, expect to find loving wear. The original owners added rooms to the home as the family grew and it has a spacious quirky layout design. If you're looking for a new home design or a luxury home then this may not be the right home for you. There are 6 bedrooms and a total of 10 beds that sleep up to 15 max. (We have our water delivered and therefore limit guests count to avoid running out of water). Four of the bedrooms are situated along the long hallway by the entrance, while one bedroom is located near the game room and another is accessible by climbing the stairs within the dining area. 1.) King bed (1st floor in hallway, connects to the bathroom) 2.) Queen bed (1st floor, smallest bedroom in hallway) 3.) 2 Twin beds (1st floor, along the hallway) 4.) If you wish to use it during your stay please message your request. Just a heads up, Williams AZ has an elevation of 6676 which might take a couple of days to get used to. In addition, we are a pet-friendly home and we are in the middle of the Kaibab Forest. Despite our efforts to keep our home clean and comfortable, we are still unable to entirely remove allergens. If you have questions or concerns please message me before booking. Pets 1\. The pet fee is $50\. We are a dog-friendly home. If you bring your dog please make sure they are house trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. There is a fenced-in area available for your dog. Please don't leave dogs unattended in the home and clean after your pets. Sorry, due to allergies we only allow dogs at this time. Smoking 1\. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or in the indoor patio area. If you smoke outside please do not drop cigarette butts on the ground. Failure to comply with the rules may lead to the loss of your security deposit and/or eviction. Our family met here from different areas. It was nice to stay in one place but not be right on top of each other. The AC worked well and it is nice they accept pets for one part of our family but the place did not smell like animals. It is close to a lot of fun things to do and downtown Williams. If anything the house could use a bit of updating but then I am sure it would cost a lot more to rent. The are is quiet. We loved having coffee on the deck every morning. The property was a great size, so everyone could spread out, have space, and enjoy the house. The back porch of the house had a great view of the mountains. There was even deer early in the morning at the back of the house. The air hockey table, pool table and my favorite, the arcade game PacMan were great touches and enjoyed by everyone. The PacMan game was the favorite of our group. The rooms are nice size and the jacuzzi was great after a day of hiking. The town of Williams is fun as well, with western-themed novelty stores and good restaurants. Definitely would rent this house if we make another trip to Northern Arizona. ##### Michael P. We absolutely love this place because every year we come back there’s always upgrades done to the property. The price is fair and reasonable and Angelica the hostess is great with communication and catering to our needs. We already booked for next year for the fifth year in a row. She is very good at getting back to us and occasionally lets us do early check-in. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. We all loved how unique the home was and the layout was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool table, basketball hoop, patio, and fire pit. We also took walks through the neighborhood and to the nearby lake. The views from and near the house were absolutely beautiful. The two dining tables were super helpful and we enjoyed meals and playing board games together. We bought the firewood from the neighbor across the street and he kindly delivered a load of wood in his wheelbarrow. We would love to stay there again! ##### Patricia S.
