Check-in was easy and questions were answered promptly. The grill is in horrific condition and the white couch is getting wore out. There are no red chairs on the porch as in the picture. The location for convenience is great. Close to all the places to eat & the main street.I would say that the area is not the nicest. It was quaint, clean, and cozy with all the amenities we needed including a full kitchen and washer/ dryer. It was within walking distance of the Grand Canyon train station and Route 66 with lots of cute shops and restaurants. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the neighbor’s yard looked very unkept. Despite this, the community appeared safe.
