Upon arrival there were fresh cut flowers, a welcome note, snacks and water and a mini Christmas Tree. The huge fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The host, Kerry Sue was amazing. Quick to respond to any questions and even offered recommendations. Check in and check out was easy. The house is centrally located to all the shops and restaurants in the town of Williams. It’s within 10 minutes of Bearizona, the Polar Express experience and the Grand Canyon Coaster. We were sad when we left and went back to the real world. The host was very easy to communicate with. The grill was out of gas when we went to use it and we had to run to the store (which was very close by)to fill the tank but the host reimbursed us right away for the expense. The location is great for walking to everything in Williams. It was a bit difficult with 6 people and 1 shower but for a weekend it was okay! The street is a bit busy with people traveling to nearby camping spots as well but it didnt disrupt our stay or anything. Also the nearby forest/camping area is very pretty to explore!
