This amazing 4 bedroom 2 bath cabin on 1 acre with a living-room & den backs up to State & Trust land and is a premium view lot. Perfect 360 degree views from the huge 600 sq ft' rear deck and 100 sq ft front deck perfect for enjoying that morning cup of coffee. This Amazing home is perfectly located and is only minutes away Flagstaff AZ, Bearizona, The Grand Canyon Railroad, The Polar Express, and Williams AZ and much, much more. Plus It's only about an one hour drive to the Amazing Grand Canyon National Park and the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, AZ. There's vaulted ceilings, a prismatic view window, stone wood burning fireplace, all doors lead to the decks and you can soak up the views from the over-sized windows! We enjoyed walking around exploring and loving the forest views. It was so peaceful hanging out in the backyard with the mountains, sitting by the firepit. Host's communicated well. They did tell us about the front door having issues, which was a great heads up. Just wish we knew about all the other doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms not shutting all the way and making lots of noise when opening/shutting. We have young children that take naps and go to bed early, so having doors like that was an issue. Also, we didn't know that we would need to watch our water usage and take military style showers. Again, with younger kids this was a bit of a drawback, they get dirty and so do their clothes. Being able to use the shower and washer is important when we look for a place to stay. That being said, we did our best to conserve water and follow the Host's guidelines. At the end of the stay we had a great time and loved how close it was to things we wanted to do but was far enough away to enjoy nature and the peacefulness. ##### Casey B. We chose Williams after we goggled where would be best to stay to see the most. I saw this and thought, wow, private, rustic, perfect for us. So I booked taking a chance. We were all in love!! This place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and above all you are surrounded with the most beautiful, sole recharging views!!! You are close to everything. We were blessed with the added bonus of snow the first night so waking up to a white wonder was breath taking!!! You can sit anywhere and watch the snow fall! It was a warm, cozy, stay! Not a 5 star for the following reasons: 1\. The bbq needed to be cleaned. 2\. There is a washer & dryer but you are not allowed to use them. 3\. The decks could use some cosmetic attention. 4\. Finally, the online listing mentions the presence of a washer/dryer but a sign on the property indicates that you aren't able to use them. This should either not be advertised or allow limited usage (water usage issue). The cabin was very clean , roomy , and loved the cabin theme decorations. A bit inconvenience conserving the water but weanaged well. No A.C. for July, could at least have ceiling fans in master BR and the other BR that does not have one . It did get hot somewhat in the BR with no ceiling fans , maybe even have some floor fans would be helpful. Very nice neighborhood . My husband and I went for walks around the neighborhood in the mornings while it was cool. Cabin was very roomy and comfortable. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. We had everything we needed and the location was convenient. There are neighbors, but not too close. It is a quiet neighborhood among the pine trees. Can hear the train whistle in the distance, a pleasant sound. Plenty of room for sleeping and just relaxing. And the location was great for visiting the Grand Canyon, Williams and Sedona!
