THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. • The dock is available for swimming, however guests cannot park personal watercraft. • Please note that boat slip/buoy renters may walk down the side of the house to and from their watercraft but are required to "load & go,” and cannot use the dock to swim/etc. like guests of the home can. They also may park their vehicles on property, but not blocking the 2 driveway spots provided for your use. • The rental includes access to the lower level of the home only. The upper level will not be occupied during your stay. • Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each. • The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation. The exterior needs some love and maintenance and the interior was cute but smaller than expected.
