Wasn't sure what to expect to be honest as in a year of travelling WA almost every week, I had never considered a Farm Stay. Would have to say that it was simply amazing. I met one of the owners (Brett) and was made to feel welcome. The Cockatoo Cottage was fantastic. View from the porch was amazing. This is was the cutest little farm stay ive seen and the hosts were lovely to communicate with even when i asked if they happened to have an outdoor fire drum. They were there to meet us on arrival lighting the fire drum for us. The house was warm and comfortable and especially loved a little walk and saying good morning to the animals around.
