Clifford Villas / 466A / Colony The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Pets Friendly Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Golf Cart: Proof of guest insurance must be provided prior to use. Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking. The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. The star of the property is the outdoor space with lanai and pool. The home was immaculately clean and well equipped. Location was close to grocery shopping and an easy drive to both Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood. The patio was furnished with a large table and chairs, two outdoor recliners, couches and chairs with ottomans, and a large flat-screen TV. The golf cart was a fun addition, even though we didn't use it. The living room/kitchen is a spacious, open area perfect for relaxing and entertaining. It features a huge flat-screen TV, adding to its comfort. The property also includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our only Cons were that the grill was unusable and that the washer had mold in the rubber door seal and detergent fabric softener holder. This made everything have that sour smell. We spent about 2 hours trying to clean it. Also, a hot tub is unusable (The hot tub was not advertised in the rental ad). I suggest a handrail at the pool's steps for safety purposes. ##### Cheryl W.
