Convenient location for convention goers as the Wildwood Convention Center is located just six short blocks away. Spend a day at Morey’s Piers or Raging Waters only two blocks north on the Boardwalk. Rent some bikes from Zippy’s and cruise the streets! Grab dinner at Pasta Pesto, then head to Ed’s Funcade to earn some tickets! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

Our party of 7 had plenty of space. The property was clean, all beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was great. With in walking distance to beach and piers. It is a busy area but we had no problem with safety or noise.

Location excellent for access to ride and waterparks
Five minute walk to the boardwalk and 10 to the edge of the beach (due to it's wide width). Nice place overall. Master bedroom was comfortable, other bedding fine overall. Roomy kitchen. Washer and dryer a bit dated but ok. Awesome to have garage access parking for two spaces. Appreciated the extra stored beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon cart to pull over the wide beach. Recommend as a place to stay for family of 4-7.

The condo itself was very nice and well kept. However upon entering the common area space for the first time we thought “what did we get into?” It definitely needs to be cleaned and new carpets put in. The only other issue we had was the amount of steps. They were a bit much for us older folks. Other than that we had a great time. We may rent it again next year.

My family recently stayed at this property and we were very pleased with the location and amenities! Just 2 blocks from the boardwalk, right in the middle of the action, so a quick walk to most activities. We loved the view of the ferris wheel and fireworks right from the balcony! The property itself was recently remodeled and so it was very clean and had everything we needed, including space to spread out. Having 2 parking spaces plus a storage room was very handy. We would definitely stay here again!
