Gutted to the studs and rebuilt:brand-new fully equipped kitchen, quartz counters, modern appliances, luxury tiled bathroom with marble vanity, and designer furniture throughout. Sleeps 7 (up to 9 w/ 2 fold-out sofas). Smart TVs, Roku, WiFi, smart lock. Top-floor unit = quiet, no upstairs noise. Includes 2 assigned stackable parking spots. Beautiful, modern beach retreat! All linens are provided!  
  
Welcome to our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom beach condo, just five houses from the sand and a 90-second stroll to the Wildwood boardwalk! This top-floor unit was gutted to the studs and rebuilt with high-end finishes throughout, creating a clean, modern, and luxurious beach retreat.  
  
Everything inside is brand new—from the designer furnishings to the quartz countertops in the kitchen and the fully tiled bathroom with a marble-topped vanity. Enjoy the peace and quiet of being on the third floor (no neighbors above!), and take advantage of the rare perk of two assigned stackable parking spots—a true luxury in this area.

As you enter the unit, you'll find a small entry nook on the left with space to hang jackets, beach bags, or other belongings, along with a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work or planning your beach adventures.  
  
To the right is the L-shaped, fully equipped kitchen, featuring:  
• Full-size stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge  
• Garbage disposal, drip coffee maker, K-Cup machine, tea kettle, and toaster  
• A complete set of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, wine glasses and utensils—everything you need to cook or reheat your favorite meals  
  
The kitchen opens into a bright, open-concept living space with:  
• Two comfortable fold-out sofas (can sleep 2 additional guests)  
• A smart Roku TV with streaming options  
• A dining table for meals or games with friends and family

• Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with cozy linens

Apartment is on the third floor of tree story building, 5 buildings to the boardwalk, it has on site parking  
\- No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.  
  
\-Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 25 years or older.  
  
  
\- No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.  
  
\-No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any violations.  
  
\-Local residents are not eligible for instant book and host have a right to cancel reservation to prevent possible parties, if you are local -please send direct message prior to booking.  
  
\- Can not pull fire pull station for "fun or play with it", can be pulled only in case of real emergency, fire, smoke, foggy space.  
Fine of 500 will be imposed for pulling it down for no actual reason, fire department will have to come to deal with false alarm.  
  
\-check out time is at 11 am,  
if guests are late -30 min-till 1 hr, 50 dollars fee can be charged,  
1hr-2hrs- half of the daily basis rate will be charged  
2hrs+ full daily basis rate will be charged with no right of possession of the property or occupying it for another night  
  
\-all primary guests should have valid phone number for communication.  
  
\-Undeclared guests, exceeding max occupancy limit are subject for daily fee 50 dollars per day per extra person and subject to removal  
from the property if not  
discussed with owner prior check in  
  
\- If guest have any complaint about the property amenity or something isn't working properly, guest must provide access to owner or owner's contractor in order for the  
owner to fix the problem.  
  
\-extensive cleaning beyond normal cleaning- will be charged additionally- 100 dollars, example - a lot of trash, dirty dishes left over.  
  
\-guests should placed dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before check out.  
  
\-Please Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm till 8 am.  
  
\-Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.  
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
