Welcome to this brand-new home in the Village of Water’s Edge, where a modern open floor plan and high-end finishes create an inviting and comfortable living experience. Designed with both style and functionality in mind, this home offers the perfect setting for relaxed Florida living.  
  
The living room is bright and welcoming, featuring vinyl plank flooring, an electric reclining sofa, and a 65" smart TV. Large sliding doors open to the screen-enclosed lanai, providing breathtaking views of the golf course and water, where you can enjoy peaceful mornings or beautiful sunsets.  
  
The kitchen is spacious and designed for both efficiency and elegance, boasting solid surface countertops, ample cabinet space, and plenty of room for meal preparation. The adjacent dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen and opens to the side patio, complete with a BBQ grill, making indoor-to-outdoor entertaining effortless.  
  
The master suite is a private retreat, furnished with a king-sized bed and a 43" smart TV. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet, providing both convenience and comfort.  
  
The guest bedroom offers a welcoming space with a queen-sized bed and its own 43" smart TV. Positioned near the second full bathroom, it provides comfort and privacy for visitors or family members.  
  
Outdoor living is exceptional, with a screened lanai overlooking serene golf and water views, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The side patio adds another space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and grill with friends.  
  
Additional features include a separate golf cart garage and an electric golf cart, making it easy to explore the community and nearby destinations, with Sawgrass Grove Market and Brownwood Paddock Square just moments away.
