This home is comfortably decorated with light & airy charm. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed for your guests to enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers a peaceful outdoor living space all year round. The lanai provides plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper. The outdoor space is great for those nights you want to enjoy grilling out and enjoying time with your new friends. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. This pet friendly home comes complete and includes ELECTRIC GOLF CART, a bike, gas BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. So not a vacation, and we were stressed out the whole time, but the house is quite nice, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and a large screened back porch. We used the golf cart to go to Publix around the corner. You have to use a special golf cart path to get there, but I appreciated it because we were conserving gas to get back home. My only complaint is that the cost of our 4 day trip doubled at check-out with extra fees including a large cleaning fee, and I was still required to do a lot of cleaning myself as part of check-out (remove bed sheets and linens, run dishwasher, other requirements that didn't apply to us like cleaning the grill). On top of that was a huge deposit in case of damages, so I was extra careful about cleaning because I didn't want to get charged even more. It was more stress on top of an already stressful situation. ##### Ruth A. The tv control didn't work it was broken, the kitchen lacked essentials. Cleaning supplies such as mop and bucket didn’t exist until I asked for one. Golf car is there but it can’t be used. It was very clean. The location was right down the street from the golf course and the pool. Very nice neighbors on both sides of the home. Our dog loved chasing the fast, little lizards.
