This highly desirable and recently renovated open concept home is now available for its third rental season! This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom, second level unit is a true find as the property owner(s) have worked hard to renovate the property and provide a genuine vacation opportunity with the whole family in mind near the best of Wildwood. Alleviate any parking concerns with onsite parking for one car in the driveway, two cars in the private garage, and additional street parking out-front. Exquisite dining options just off nearby Pacific and Atlantic Avenues include Italian Kitchen Express, One Fish Two Fish, Old City Pub, Goodnight Irene’s, Panda House, and for a quick bite, the new Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Enjoy plenty of shopping and entertainment options in a centralized location near the Boardwalk and Beach between Surfside Pier / Oceanside Oasis and Morey’s Pier / Raging Waters. You’ll need your strength for all those rides, be sure to grab some grub from Sam’s Pizza Palace or Curleys Fries. Also, don’t forget to stop at Laura’s Fudge for some saltwater taffy and fudge before the trip home! Upon arrival guests can park in the garage and driveway, then proceed up the interior communal steps to the second level of the complex. Proceeding inside the unit through the main entry places guests in the open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen with access to the northern balcony and rear hallway. Back inside, once heading down the hallway, a spacious utility room with a top loading washer and front loading dryer is located directly across from the first of three bedrooms. Check in process was a nightmare. We were told a code for a lockbox in the back of the property and when we got there a lockbox on the back of the property didn’t exist and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone for over 30 mins. We had the owner of the condo upstairs call the agent at which point we finally got a hold of someone. We get into the property and it looks orderly, but the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned. The cabinets with cookware and utensils were gross. The sliding glass door didn’t have a lock (looks like it was removed) and the safety bar at the bottom as a second layer of protection was also broken. Someone could have easily climbed on a car and entered the property through the balcony. The balcony furniture was dirty and very wet. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and outdoor shower to clean off from the beach. We liked the garage so we didn’t have to bring sandy stuff upstairs. Overall it’s fine, we lived, but I wouldn’t stay again unless safety upgrades were made to the door and a different cleaning staff was hired. ##### Samantha B.
