Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines. Pet Policy: Approval for Pets will be on a case-by-case basis. One SMALL dog permitted with pre-approval. Please submit message prior to booking for approval. $150 Pet Fee Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. We absolutely enjoyed the time spent there, would rent again. A few issues to mention: as all dwellings do, it needs to be treated for pests. In this case it was ants. (There was no broom to go along with the dust pan, but there was a Dirt Devil vacuum). Lastly, it could use an upgraded set of cooking pans.
