This 5 bedroom, 1 Sitting Room (Den), 4.5 bathroom townhouse is closer to the beach. Boardwalk is 3 short blocks away and historic Cape May is a short drive.

This extremely spacious 5000 sq ft townhouse comfortably sleeps 14.

3rd Floor features kitchen with granite countertops, eat-at counter, dishwasher and wine refrigerator. Living room has a 1/2 bath and is furnished with 2 sofas and large TV

The 4th floor master suite is furnished with a king sized bed and Large TV. 4th Floor Sitting room is furnished with Queen bed, sofa and flat screen TV.
The private balcony on this top floor is great for morning coffee. You can see the Ocean from all the Windows on fourth floor.

2nd floor has second master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flat screen tv and private glass-walled balcony and attached bathroom . This floor has additional 2 Bedroom with two twin bed each and a full bath. Each Bedroom has TV.

The first floor Master bedroom features 1 King sized bed, one Queen bed , flat screen TV and a Full bath

The townhouse includes private elevator. For your convenience we provide beach chair. We include wireless internet access, Tvs in every room .

1-car garage parking as well as driveway parking for 2 cars.

Pool is open normally from Memorial day to Sept 24th ( upto 3rd weekend in september). Please check for exact pool opening and closing

Close to convention center

Historic Cape May is a short drive for events like Jazz festival- 15 minutes

RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES ONLY. No Proms, Senior week

Cheer Competition
Stayed here past 2 years for our 2 day cheer competition. We had 4 families (15 people total). Their is plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which is what we always look for in VRBO’s when booking large groups so that each family can have privacy. Would definitely suggest this place. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

So Much Space
Sundar's home is amazing! It worked out so well for me and my family. The elevator was so helpful for my aging parents. While you have to bring essentials, soap, towels, etc., it has everything else. The location is incredible and walkable. Highly recommend.

Great space and location. Lots of room to spread out. The playground, basketball courts, and ocean one block away. Elevator was very convenient to get luggage and groceries to different levels. Very quiet during off-season, which is exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful home perfect for family gathering
Great layout for big gatherings - beautiful kitchen. Separate floors for bedrooms worked ideally for couples with kids, although lowest level quite chilly. Bringing own sheets & towels was a real pain, considering there is a full size laundry.
