Five bedroom, three bath home with a private private pool in Wildwood Crest, NJ - named best summer vacation destination in the United States! Just a short walk to the BEACH, Library and Tennis courts.

Max occupancy: 10 - Sleeps 10
1x King Bed, 2x Queen Bed, 2x Full (Double) Size Bunk Beds, 2x Twin Size Bunk Bed - tenant brings their own towels and sheets. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout to keep you comfortable during your stay.

4x TVs, XBox One gaming console, and Guest accessible WiFi high speed internet. Comprehensive cable television package is accessible from all 4 TVs in the home.

Large kitchen includes refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, keurig, and drip coffee maker. Indoor dining capacity is 10.

The property includes a fenced in private backyard oasis which features a bar, mini fridge, natural natural gas fed BBQ, outdoor gas fire pit, and in ground pool. No need to leave the property unless you want to, as the backyard provides entertainment for both day and night. Beach equipment, outdoor shower, and storage area is also provided.

Very accommodating house. 10 of us. 6 adults and 4 kids. Pool is a plus and also outside shower. Outdoor kitchen we used 4 out of 7 nites. Great host. Helps with any questions. Second year renting.

Good house, great location. The backyard is terrific, with a great pool, and a nice outdoor kitchen/grill area. The inside leaves a little to be desired - the kitchen and living area are great, but there are a few spaces that are oddly laid out, and the bedrooms without ceiling fans get very warm in the evenings.The location is terrific. The beach is a bit of a walk, but was perfectly "doable" for our 3 generations (1yr-60) and all of our stuff. The house is within a 5-minute walk of a fun ice cream shop, multiple breakfast spots, a nice Mexican restaurant, and a tremendous produce stand with a ton of variety - we had fresh fruit every night!

Great place for a beach vacation.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, the house was clean and was true to the pictures and descriptions of the house. The pool was definitely a big hit!! Despite the high heat, we all had a great time! We are hoping to rent it again next year!! Thank you Matt for sharing your beautiful home.

Family cation

Had our whole family, from 2 years old to 71 had a great time. The house is very comfortable for the 10 of us. The 3 bathrooms are more than enough. The pool is fantastic and the outdoor kitchen is great. This is the second time using this house, easy access to the beach. The host is great, answers all questions immediately. Well worth the value.

Accommodating

10 of stayed here. 6 adults and 4 kids ranging 8 to 5. We had awesome weather which was helpful. We were very comfortable with the accommodations in the house. We literally all ate out one day for lunch after the zoo. Other than that we cooked on the grill for dinner. Made breakfast in the kitchen every morning. The moms /grandma walked to the beach with the cart that was provided to carry chairs etc. also provided. One vehicle took the kids and men. The outdoor shower was an added bonus when we got back from the beach before the kids and some adults jumped in the pool. I guess I’m trying to say the stay was awesome and accommodations were great for a lot of people. By the way IceCream right around the corner for kids and a fresh produce stand for adults. Ha Ha . Owner was great with silly questions. Already booked for next year.

Fabulous Family Vacation

We are a mult-generational family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. It was a fantastic house for us. The house is perfect inside with 5 bedrooms, two great dining areas ( so one was set up as our puzzle table) and fully equiped kitchen. Outside was the topper. A beautiful heated pool, a gas lit fire pit and a barbecue station that was huge. In the garage there were lots of nice pool toys and toys for us to bring to the beach, We took advantgae of it all. You really didn't have to go anywhere but the ocean was a mere 10 minute walk away. And there was a great ice cream shop right around the corner that became part of our nightly walk. The owner was extremely responsive when I texted a few questions the first day and got back to us immediately. You can't go wrong with this house - its everything right!

5 STARS!!!

A great house to stay, especially with children. Clean, beautiful and centrally located. Walking distance to the beach, bay, and many places for all your meals and treats. The five bedrooms are all comfortable, as well as the game, living and dining room. Kitchen has all the equipment needed to cook any type of meal. Outside kitchen and pool are great additions and well maintained. Owners were a pleasure to work with and available when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome vacation

The property is wonderful. The house has everything you could possibly need. The pool was a Hugh hit with the adults and kids. We were traveling with little ones and separate gates on the back porch and patio, helped keep everyone safe. We drove the four short blocks to the beach but parking was easily accessible. A great time for everyone!

Property was outstanding pool and home were 1st class. The walk to the beach too long for old folks the property was about 6 blocks to the dunes which were, 4 blocks long and another 4 or 5 blocks to the water on the sand. Boardwalk was great plenty of things to do and lots of places to eat near the home. Everyone had a great time.

Great house

4 adults and 5 kids 10 & under stayed for a week. Great house where you can easily split time between beach and pool. We spent mornings at the beach, about a 10-15 min walk from the house. We then spent afternoons in the pool. The pool is separate from the outdoor kitchen so safety was not an issue if an adult was not in the pool area. Nice outdoor shower to clean off from the beach with. The pool is great, the deep end isn’t too deep (4.5’?) and there are plenty of pool floats. ~1-2 miles to boardwalk / Wildwood outdoor amusement park. 15 min drive to Walmart & less than a mile to Acme, a local grocery store. The house was ready early for us to check in & the owner was super responsive to the random questions we had. Highly recommend.

I would like to start this review with many positive accolades of this property. Firstly, the owner D. Matt Miles was very responsive and respectful with any communication I had with him. His home was delightful . . . Location a few easy walking blocks to the beach, beautiful private pool, outdoor kitchen, and the inside kitchen had everything you would need and more. My family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Unfortunately, I need to end this review on a sour note. On the date of our departure 7/23/22, i received an email for the owner. He wrote that he and his cleaners detected the smell of pet urine and found dog hair in the kitchen. At this time, my husband and i were in shock. We do not own a dog nor do any of the other adults in our party own a pet (cat or dog). In fact, we choose homes that do not allow pets due to my husband’s allergy to their dander. We attempted to convey this to the owner who claimed his friend a neighbor of the property confirmed that we did indeed have a dog. The owner then told my husband in a phone conversation “we have to agree to disagree”. Here is why i am writing this ….. I know my truth and i also know someone is being dishonest. Although it doesn’t change anything I felt the need to state my experience. I have rented homes from VRBO and Air B and B since 2015 and my experiences have always been positive. Due to this above incident, I have decided if i were to rent from VRBO or any other rental service, I would respectfully request the owner or representative of the owner to be present at the time of departure. At that time verify with myself the condition of the home. I know this would be difficult, but do not want to be placed in this position again where my voracity is dismissed. Although, no monetary penalty was applied, I cannot put a price on the attack on my integrity. I know my truth and am very perplexed and disappointed that someone would be less than truthful in this situation. Thank you VRBO and D. Matt Miles for listening. Respectfully, Bonnie Lord

Great Vacation House

This house was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults & 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were in the pool every day and the heater came in handy on days when it was a little too windy for the beach. The owner was quick to respond when we weren't sure how to turn the heater on. The beach is walkable but we rented a golf cart since we had plenty of stuff and kids to haul, and we had no issues parking it. We made use of the outdoor grill and the kids loved making smores over the outdoor fire pit. You'll find groceries, ice cream, liquor/beer stores and restaurants all within a few blocks of the house. I recommend Sun'z Up Cafe for breakfast... delicious and only a few blocks away. We also spent a few days at Cape May which was a quick drive from the house. This was our first trip to the area and we will definitely be back after our great experience. Thanks!

Perfect family getaway

We brought two families with four young kids and had a blast. The pool is perfect, the location makes getting to the beach and local restaurants a breeze and Matt was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this house for your next shore vacation!

Perfect size

I stayed here for a week with my family and friends. We were 12 in total (6 adults and 6 children ages 1-5). The outdoor space was great for them to runaround and the pool was perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood was peaceful. The owner was a text away and was responsive to all of our questions!
