Location, location, location! Luxury townhouse in the heart of beautiful, family friendly Wildwood Crest. Three prime weeks are available!!! This property features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 decks, as well as a balcony off of the master bedroom suite. The sunlight filled main floor boasts a large living room, dining area, chefs kitchen, full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. The coastal finishing's of this new unit will make you feel like you are staying in a luxury hotel. Park your car in the large garage, one car in the driveway or on the road (no meters!). The unit also features a full outdoor shower, fenced in back yard with a patio and chaise lounges to relax on after a day beach or in the evening. A gas grill is available outside on the patio for your grilling needs. Being new construction, all appliances, furnishings and décor are new. The kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and beautiful backsplash, has plenty of storage, soft close cabinets, and is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including; a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, plenty of pots, pans, dish-ware, glasses, utensils and serve-wear. There is also a wet bar and wine fridge. The table will accommodate seating for 6-8, as well as two stools at the kitchen island. The full sized washer and dryer in the unit is convenient for keeping up with wet suits and towels. There are four comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, brand new luxury mattress, an attached master bathroom that features a walk in shower and gorgeous tiling. There is plenty of space to unpack with the master’s generous walk in closet, and a private balcony off of the master. The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have queen sized beds, with new luxury mattresses. These rooms also feature spacious closets for all of your storage needs and each has access to a deck. All four of the homes bedrooms and the living room have TV’s and ceiling fans for comfort. The upstairs hallway bathroom features a tub/shower, ideal for smaller children. The unit features central air and heat, smart TVs to stream your favorite streaming service and wireless internet. Professional and thorough cleaning will be completed in between rentals. In the garage, you can store your bikes and beach equipment, and there are beach chairs that you are welcome to use during your stay. And, there is a hose for rinsing off sandy feet and beach equipment. Deck furniture for both decks and balcony is provided. Just steps to beautiful beaches, Sunset Lake, bike rentals and bike path to boardwalk, kids playground and splash zone, Wildwood Crest is the perfect vacation spot. It's close enough to all of the great action in Cape May and Wildwood, but perfect for a family vacation. And, no worries about limited space in the beach. Wildwood Crest beaches are wide with plenty of space to spread out. And, no rules about use of cabanas and tents on the Crest beaches. In season rentals are for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). The minimum age to rent is 25 years old and renter must stay on sight for the duration of the rental contract. The unit will not be rented out for proms and/or senior week. Maximum number of guests is 8\. If you plan to have more than 8 people staying in the home at any point, this must be disclosed and there is an additional cost per person. The unit is non-smoking, and renters must supply their own sheets and towels. Pets are not permitted. The following sheets are needed: 1 set of king, 3 sets of queen. We have 4 children (6-12 years old) and my elderly mother with us. This was more than enough room for us. I love cooking big breakfasts and dinners and the kitchen was PERFECT. The house was extremely clean and it smelled fresh and airy upon arrival and throughout our entire stay. I am sensitive (grosses me out) to odd smells and this place had none!! My kids had zero allergy issues either, so that was a huge win. All appliances worked perfectly. Kitchen was very nice with an open dining layout which was great for having family over for pot luck dinners. My kids loved sitting outside on the various balconies to read and color during our down time, while we adults enjoyed some drinks in the evenings. Very nice garage to store one car and also all of your beach gear, wagons, strollers, etc. They do have loads of beach chairs in excellent condition, but we used ours just bc we brought them. Quiet street with not much noise, which was good for us since one child still takes daytime naps. Perfect location for everything...short walk to the beach (our 3 year old easily did it!), and even a shorter walk to bike rentals and ice cream, with a playground and splash pad right there. ##### Daniel N.
