Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Essentials: The property includes 4 beach chairs and 1 Umbrella for your convenience. We can also arrange the delivery of any additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.

Comfort and Convenience: This beautifully renovated condo offers a comfortable and functional layout for up to eight guests, featuring a welcoming living area with a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, and essential kitchen appliances for preparing meals. Step onto your balcony to enjoy beautiful ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. Additional conveniences include air conditioning, smart-lock entry, and two reserved parking spaces. You'll also have access to Beau Rivage's shared community amenities, including seasonal outdoor pools, BBQ grills, sundecks, elevator access, and third-floor laundry facilities (additional fees may apply).

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
