Property Summary  
The "Fichtenblick" is a beautiful apartment house located in Auffach, Wildschönau, Austria, at an elevation of 940 meters above sea level. It features three floors with five apartments in total. The property boasts a shared terrace of 35 square meters with garden furniture, a storage room for skis, and a ski boot dryer. Parking is available on the premises, and you can enjoy amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The apartment house is situated in the hamlet of Melkstatt, just 2.5 kilometers from the center of Auffach and 20 meters from the edge of the forest, providing a quiet and serene environment. Nearby, you can find a shop, grocery store, supermarket, restaurant, bar, and bakery within a 2.5-kilometer radius. The railway station in Wörgl is 16 kilometers away, and an outdoor swimming pool is located 8 kilometers from the property.  
  
Other Information  
The property is conveniently located near several attractions and recreational activities. A family leisure park is 6 kilometers away, and the Holzmuseum Auffach (Wood Museum) is just 2.7 kilometers from the apartment house. Well-known ski regions such as SkiJuwel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau (2.5 km) and Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental (16 km) are easily accessible. Additionally, you can reach the Schwarzsee bei Kitzbühel, a well-known lake in the area. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Wildschönau / Schatzberg / Markbachjoch, Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, and Kitzbüheler Alpen hiking trails. A free ski bus service to the SkiJuwel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau ski region is available. Please note that the owner lives in the same residence.
