Property Summary  
The Zauberwinkel is a very modern, two-story cottage located in Wildschönau, Austria. It offers a beautiful garden to relax in, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area. The property also provides internet WiFi, parking for up to four cars, and the option for an installment plan. With a yard and convenient amenities, this vacation rental is an ideal choice for your stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The cottage enjoys a quiet and sunny position, just 500 meters from the center of Oberau and 3.2 km from the center of Niederau. The beautiful shared garden offers a relaxing outdoor space, complete with a 20 sq.m. terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. Hiking trails are easily accessible just 100 meters away from the property.  
  
Other Information  
The cottage features a storage room for bicycles and a central heating system. A storeroom is also available for your convenience. During the winter months, snow chains are recommended for your vehicle. The property welcomes groups of teenagers upon request only.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Nearby attractions include the FamilienFreizeitpark and Arena Coaster in Drachental, both located just 700 meters away. The well-known ski regions of Ski Juwel Alpbachtal/Wildschönau (5 km) and Ski Welt Wilder Kaiser/Brixental (19 km) are easily accessible from the cottage. The Schwarzsee Kitzbühel lake (28 km) is also within reach. Local amenities such as shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, an outdoor swimming pool, ski lifts, ski rentals, a ski bus stop, ski schools, a cross-country ski track, an ice rink, and a children's playground are all conveniently located nearby.

You can spend your vacation in a 6-room house that spans across two levels, accommodating up to 10 adults comfortably. The house features very stylish and wooden furniture furnishings. On the first level, you'll find a large double bedroom with a double bed and an exit to the terrace. Another large room on this level has a double bed and a folding bed, also with an exit to the terrace. The spacious kitchen-living room area includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and satellite TV. This area also provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower and WC on this level. On the upper floor, there is another large double bedroom with a double bed and an exit to the balcony. Another large room on this level has a double bed and a folding bed, also with an exit to the balcony. There is another large kitchen-living room area with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and satellite TV, as well as an exit to the balcony. A shower and WC are also present on this level. The entire house features wooden floors throughout.

During your stay, you can enjoy various amenities such as a terrace, porch, terrace furniture, and a barbecue area. The property offers a washing machine for an additional fee. For families with young children, a high chair and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds are available. Wi-Fi internet access is provided, and reserved parking spaces are available for up to 4 cars.
