"Cottage was lakefront, view was great. Washroom a little tight. Had rain all night when we stayed and lots of killer mosquitoes next day. Still reeling from mosquito bites lol. Pack good amount of repellents if planning to stay. Very serene and quiet for relaxation. Only twelve minutes drive from town of Espanola. Mark and his dad were were very accommodating and communicative. Overall, it was great."

"Everything was great in this super clean and spacious house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would keep at home. If you have a keurig, bring some pods. While we were there (June), the mosquitos are abundant so pack your deet. The location is very close to the ferry (15min) and also handy to easily access all areas of the island. We explored a lot in our 2 days and found it to be fairly central and convenient home base. If you’re on the island Aurora hunting, there are some amazing, dark and scenic spots within 15min to take photos should the opportunity arise!"

The location is convenient and the view of the bay is spectacular. The cottage was very clean upon arrival. Also, having the barbecue available to use was a huge bonus! The hosts were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home base for adventures on this beautiful island."
