The large leather sofa faces the feature wood burner and TV above, perfect for those movie nights in with popcorn and a roaring fire. Downstairs the games room has a fullsize pool table and a further TV, so there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The open plan design on the first floor provides a light and airy space, with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for mealtimes. In warmer months, the outside dining area and charcoal barbecue makes al fresco dining a must. There are sumptuous bedrooms, the master with a stunning super kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a rain fall shower, a triple room for the teenagers of the group with their own en-suite shower room, and finally two further double rooms, a family bathroom and an additional wet room complete the layout.
