You can relax on the landscaped front seating area, with seating for all, watch the breath-taking sunsets and open views as you enjoy good company and a glass of wine. In warmer months, the outside dining area and charcoal/wood barbecue/fire pit makes al fresco dining a must. Move into the large living space with original stone and brick walls, complimented sympathetically with additional Cumbrian brick walls and Cumbrian sandstone headers. The comfortable open-plan living area accommodates 6-7 people, creating a place where everyone can relax in comfort, including people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. There is a wall mounted 75" TV on display, which is perfect for those movie nights in with popcorn and nibbles. Located just off the living area is a generously sized downstairs bedroom with a kingsize bed and wet room with a roll-in shower facility, grab rails, and accessible sink and toilet. It also features the original stone walls, as well as having its own door to the property via a ramp. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area is perfect for mealtimes, and as an additional seating area to make the most of this spacious accommodation. The sumptuous upstairs bedrooms include an en-suite master bedroom, a bunk room with its own en-suite toilet, and a further kingsize room. The outdoor spaces are accessible to people with a variety of mobility requirements. The area is brimming with activities and open coastline, and is ideal for exploring Hadrian’s Wall, Carlisle and the northern Lake District and Scottish borders.
