It is a new barrier-free 70 sqm non-smoking apartment with its own entrance and very good parking facilities. It is designed for 2-3 people. In the living room, the couch can be converted into a large bed. 2 people pay 55 euros from October to April, from May up to and including September 65 euros. The 3\. Person pays 15 euros per night. The four-legged friend costs 5 euros per day. The large living room was given a fireplace, which makes it even more cozy. The apartment has 1 m wide doors, as well as an extra-large shower with handles and stool, support handle also at the toilet. The bedroom has a 2x2 m double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames. Of course, the new fitted kitchen also has a dishwasher, ceramic hob and convection oven. Of course, all kitchen utensils and small electrical appliances are available, in addition to a microwave and an extra freezer compartment. The windows have electric shutters. The large terrace with beautiful garden furniture, which you enter from the living room, is particularly inviting. This is followed by the fenced garden, so that your four-legged friend feels particularly comfortable. We charge 8 euros per dog per day. In the garden there is also an idyllic barbecue area with lounge seating. You can park right in front of the front door, there is enough space. Only 200 m away you will find our small village shop, almost a real supermarket. There are of course delicious rolls in the morning, and the boss always has a friendly word ready. The hotel restaurant "Blauer Pheasant" is directly opposite, where you can have a great meal. The special 27-hole golf course, in the middle of a beautiful landscape, is only 300 m away. There are also beautiful bike paths along the Fehn Canal and into the surrounding former and rewetted bog areas, forest and fields. There are a few kilometers to equestrian facilities, the leisure paradise "Ottermeer", a large moor bathing lake and an interesting new mini golf course. The pretty little town of Wiesmoor has a lot to offer and is particularly conveniently located. Here everything is available from various shops, many doctors and therapists, fitness centers, indoor swimming pool ect. Within a radius of 30 km they reach Leer, Emden, Aurich, Wilhelmshaven and in Papenburg the Meyer shipyard and the Netherlands. It is just under 40 km to the North Sea resorts and ferry ports to our East Frisian islands. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der kleine aber wunderschöne, eingezäunte Garten war auch für unseren Hund optimal. An kühleren Tagen sorgt der Kaminofen für noch mehr Gemütlichkeit. Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung hat die Erwartungen auf einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub voll erfüllt. Im Umkreis von 50 km gibt es bei Bedarf eine Vielzahl von Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter wohnen nebenan und ist bei Fragestellungen gerne behilflich. Der Kontakt mit ihm und auch mit der Nachbarschaft in der Straße war sehr angenehm. Unser Hund war in der Gegend immer willkommen. Besonders schön war, dass zu der Wohnung ein kleiner Garten gehört, der für Hunde ausbruchsicher ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man benötigt bis ins Detail ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der kleine, dicht bewachsene Garten und die gemütliche Terrasse. Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht und mit Herrn Peters einen angenehmen, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber kennengelernt.Wir werden diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen, insbesondere an eine bekannte Familie, dessen Mitglied auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen ist, denn die Wohnung ist incl. Sowohl Herr Peters als auch alle Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Erholung pur auch für unseren Hund, der vor allem den Garten genoß.
