Duncansby head a short drive or walk from the property is a must for bird watchers . we just missed an orca pod running through Pentland firth . but what impressive views were to be had all along the north coast. the property was very dog friendly and it was well stocked with all you would need for a wonderful stay . The hosts Catherine and Andrew were very nice and helpful. We stayed almost 4 weeks over the holidays and Catherine decorated for Christmas - it was so cheerful and we loved it! The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals, and has plenty of seating for entertaining friends. There was a welcome pack with wine and goodies, also eggs, bread and butter, tea and coffee. The spaces are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The view from the conservatory is spectacular. We really appreciated it thought and care that Catherine and Andrew put into preparing the house for our visit. We hope to be back before too long! ##### Sarah M. The property was very clean and felt Covid safe. The sun room was very well used by my party as somewhere to sit and relax. One slight issue, despite having 3 toilets there wasn’t any upstairs which was not insurmountable, just strange. ##### Jeanette E.
