The room had an interesting lay out. The room was dark. (310) The shower had a shelf with mold around the outside of it. The breakfast was very bland. Dry pastries and crumbly bagels. Very less than mediocre stay.

This hotel will be my new favorite because its clean, quiet, conveniently located with great breakfast and free cookies and coffee in the lounge area for guests. The bathroom was spacious. There's also a laundry room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights. My kids loved the trundle bed and the pool! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Desk clerk and breakfast
We arrived at 7 pm and it took 3 times within 10 minutes ringing the bell to wake up the desk clerk. You could hear her loudly snoring in the side room. We stayed 3 nights and liked the weekday morning breakfast better than the weekend one. Food attendants were excellent at their job!

Staff, especially, Megan was amazing. Thin walls and lot of noise for the price. Cleaning staff came into my room while I was in the shower alone before check out at noon. Stayed here before during Thanksgiving and it wasn’t as noisy must be a random busy time before Christmas.

It was horrible we didn’t even stay there. I made my reservation it was late. I got to the hotel at like 1130 at night. When I get there I give my drivers and the lady at the front desk says my kind is not allowed on her property, and that’s from the manager left a note in the computer And I have never stood there in my life, I guess cause my last name is Frank I would like to get a hold of that hotel please they made my life a living hell and my family

Not only did room service keep waking us up by entering our room without knocking we had our car broken into and guess no cameras on the building what so ever

Good clean hotel
Hotel was nice, staff were friendly, and the suite was comfy. The only negative was that the hallway smelled of marijuana. We had our kids with us, who kept asking about the smell. You couldn’t smell it anywhere but the hallway though. Breakfast was good but crowded so it was tough to get what we wanted. We ate at a popular time, I guess. Overall good experience, though.

I actually live in Wichita and choose to stay here for a special night with my daughter and her friends! The facilities are nice and clean but the staff is the reason we come back! They are so kind and personable! Breakfast is awesome. We love walking over to Chicken N’ Pickle for dinner and playing pickle ball or corn hole! My daughter is already requesting to come back soon!

It was very nice but there was a problem with my service dog. I did not see the message to call the hotel until I had payed. If we hadn’t resolved it we would have lost our money. Just fyi for others. The breakfast was delicious especially the eggs. Tks.
