Derby Spacious Home Off Rock Rd With King Master Suite & Pack N Play

Welcome to the KANtucky Derby home where you can kick your boots off and let your hair down!

-We are centrally located in Derby, a cute, quiet part of town that's just a hop, skip, and a jump (20 minutes) away from downtown Wichita and only 10 minutes away from the McConnell Air Force Base.

-There is a 55-inch smart TV and Roku remote in the living room with a spacious room for watching a movie or your favorite sports team. The living room also has an electric fireplace for the colder months!

Our master bedroom has a PURPLE mattress for a luxurious night's sleep.
-We offer a washer/dryer for those that need to do a little laundry during your stay.
-Fire pit in the backyard and a hammock.
- Fully stocked kitchen with anything that you might need to make a meal with the family!

-The home has a large backyard with cornhole and a barbecue so you can sit back and enjoy your day with friends and family!

-The home is in a quiet town just 15 minutes outside of Wichita.

-If you need to stop and grab some groceries or forgot a few items, there is a grocery store right up the road from us.

-Derby is very family-friendly and has some beautiful parks to go check out as well as a theme park called Field Station Dinosaurs and a large indoor volleyball and pickleball courts at The Sandbox!

We have a smart lock on the front door which I will give you a personal code to the day before check-in. This allows you to check in at any time of day without any additional wait time.

We needed a place in Derby for a couple of weeks and this place was more than just a place. Plenty of room to relax with comfortable couches and a nice kitchen. The communication was great and we had no issues whatsoever. Close to restaurants and grocery stores and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Family needed to be together

This house was so awesome for our family. We were visiting from Massachusetts, our daughter and son-in-law just added a new grandbaby boy to our family. This house allowed us to recap our days together while visiting Derby. The hosts were awesome as well.

Easy and convenient

Nice touch to have breakfast including! We enjoyed using the spacious kitchen for all of our family meals. The basement space with the bunk beds was an excellent space for entertaining the younger part of the group.

Great family home

We stayed at the home while visiting our children. We had a range of people from 11-50’s and the house worked perfectly for us. The only down side was that there were only 2 couches in the living room making it a little cramped for 10 people. Other than that minor thing this place was great for us!!! Safe, clean neighborhood! Fenced backyard. I highly recommend staying here!

Wedding weekend

The home was conveniently located to the wedding venue. Three couples shared the home. The kitchen was great for prepping food for reception and for small family gathering the following night to eat leftovers! It was clean and spacious, everything we needed. The master bedroom bed was great. The bedroom with the bunk beds doesn’t have a door so might not be good for a fourth couple, better for children. I would stay there again.

Derby Kansas House - SO CONVENIENT

This house is so close to our daughter and son-in-law - we would stay here again anytime we are visiting them. It was so much nicer than being in a hotel since this trip, I had my mother with me. The owners were so nice to work with. I would definitely rent here again.
