The neighbors are friendly and quiet.The home could use a bit of sprucing (especially the exterior areas). I would recommend if you plan on doing a lot of cooking you ask the owners ahead of time what is available to be sure they have what you need. Same with toiletries, some body wash but no shampoo/conditioner. Again, no skin off our noses, but may be an important to detail for some.Our only complaint (it was me and 2 other ladies, a "moms" trip) was it sounded like a small animal was in the attic. Enough that it woke us up at night with some rustling/scratching. I notified the owners and they said they would get maintenance over there immediately. It's a house, so stuff like that happens sometimes. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay, great price, decent neighborhood and easy to get to stores/restaurants. The lamp in the ground floor bedroom was falling apart and unusable. For a 4 br home, it should have a full size coffee pot. The tiny Keurig was touchy and not great. There were two full bathrooms, but only one set of shampoo and bath gel. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the carpet upstairs had visible stains. This could be a much nicer home with a little care and some decor. Not sure if I would stay there again. ##### Taylor P.
