  • À la base aérienne de Sheppard, à l'Université d'Etat du Midwest et à la course à vélo Hotter n Hell 100, ainsi qu'à d'autres attractions, cette maison extrêmement confortable se trouve directement à côté du club de campagne / country club de Wichita Falls, le parfait Zone pour une promenade relaxante, ombragée, courir ou à vélo. À distance de marche de Parker Square, qui comprend Cinemark Theatre avec des sièges au stade, la charcuterie de Jason et bien plus encore!

    Cet espace ouvert lumineux dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses et bien aménagées, avec 3 lits confortables de taille queen, tous garnis de matelas en mousse à mousse à mémoire infusion au gel pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Deux des chambres sont entièrement privées, avec le troisième semi-privé (voir les photos). La salle de bains récemment mise à jour dans le hall a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus, y compris une petite sélection d'articles de toilette, au cas où.

    La cuisine entièrement rénovée appelle à utiliser avec son beau comptoir en granit, cuisinière à gaz, fours doubles et tout ce dont le cuisinier expérimenté aurait besoin.

    Ajouter dans la salle de séjour confortable pour divertir ou tout simplement revenir pour regarder un film Blu-ray sur l'écran plat et vous trouverez bientôt que vous ne voulez pas partir! This was a perfectly clean and comfortable property near everything you could need or want. The host is lovely to deal with, very helpful, and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed a long walk through and around it. The yard was private and the seating area was nice for morning coffee and breakfast.

Family Time

My family had a great stay! This was our family reunion weekend. The home was clean and comfortable, and the owner was great! She made sure we were comfortable, and stayed connected throughout our stay!

Home away from home

I stayed at Shannon's place for about two months and it was exactly what I needed. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed, and there is everything you could need within a short drive. The kitchen was great for the large amount of baking I did while there. I would definitely stay here again and Shannon was a great host!

Shannon was very friendly and helpful. The dining chairs are too low for the table. The bathroom door needs to be switched to open out. Otherwise overall nice and clean

Great Family lodging

This property provided us with all the comforts of home while we traveled for the holidays. The kitchen had the most pots, pans, baking dishes, and kitchen utensils I have experienced at any VRBO rental. Having two sofas in the living room was great for lounging with family. The smart TV had plenty of apps pre-loaded for use of the TV. There is a Walmart, bowling alley, and several restaurants and shopping locations within a 5-minute drive.

Very cozy place. Felt homie. I liked that the back yard is fenced in. Lights bulbs need to be replaced outside front and back and under the hood vent. No small towels in bathroom and no paper towels in kitchen. Told owner. She said she would take care of it. Had a great stay otherwise.

Great Home in Wichita Falls

Clean home in a nice neighborhood close to dining and shopping. Had everything needed and very comfortable for a stay while visiting our son at Sheppard AFB. Greats for pets

Comfort and location

Shannon was a great host, always available and made sure the house met our needs. Shannon had a beautiful arrangement of flowers to greet us. House is just as pictured and truly represents "all the comforts of home". We slept so well on the beds. Although we did not utilize the kitchen during our stay, it had everything one would need. Only comment I would add is that the house lists as sleeping 6, yet our party of 5 got charged an "additional guest fee". Thank you, Shannon, for allowing us use of your house.

Best Place Ever

This place is amazing, perfect size, great quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Shannon is most amazing, she worked with our ever changing time frames, was available whenever we had questions, checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was good and check if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place hands down. We loved it here had a great trip and taking many memories home with us Denny & Sandy

Perfect home away from home

We came to the area to spend time with our youngest daughter. We were not disappointed. Shannon was a wonderful host, and quickly and promptly took care of any issue we had. The house was well stocked, and had a nicely stocked little library, and even some puzzles to help one pass a nice laid back afternoon. The house was centrally located, and nothin took longer than 10 minutes to reach, which was nice, especially after a 10 hour road trip! We stayed here a week, and could've easily stayed longer. The kitchen was really nice, loved the double ovens! We look forward to our next trip to the area already! We would definitely stay here again!

This house is located in a great location and in a very quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you need for an extended stay. Shannon is also great to work with and is very accommodating.

Just what we were looking for!

We were at Wichita Falls for the NHPA World horseshoe tournament. This property was just what we were looking for, it is an older home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a lot of updates and is well taken care of. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, toiletries any other personal items that you may have forgotten. Shannon the property manager was great, she was in contact and made the whole process quite easy. She was readily available if we had any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Nice little house!!!

Me and my kiddos stayed for an extended period of time and we loved it! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. (Shannon knew we were arriving later in the evening and had eggs and milk in the frig waiting for us!!!) The kids loved having so many options on the tv with the Roku and internet for our devices. The beds were very comfy with the memory foam toppers. Plenty of sheets, pillows and towels. Having a fenced back yard and close to a garbage dump were huge! The location was super convenient and close to everything. I could go on and on... And Shannon was so great!!! Very helpful and even went out of her way for me and my kids several times which was amazing! I would always check the availability here if coming back to town!
